This free and confidential service provides help to people aged 50+ and their carers or relatives.Simple queries or requests for information can often be answered through our Reception staff. You are also welcome to call in and browse through the wide range of free leaflets and information booklets we have available. Our city centre office is open between 9.30a.m and 4.30p.m Monday-Friday.Click here for directions. In partnership with Coventry City Libraries, Age Concern Coventry publishes an Older Citizens' Guide packed full of useful local and national information.
